Learn how to choose young plants in local markets or agricultural stores and understand best practices for planting.

By working with plants in various stages of growth, you will learn to understand and
practice the different processes and care required to ensure a successful harvest.

Lastly, you will also experience the harvesting
phase through other vegetables, fruits, and greens that are already there, ready to contribute to a healthy meal.
